Vox Sound Equipment Limited Supreme speaker cabinet
A Vox Supreme speaker cabinet made towards the end of the "Vox Sound Equipment Limited" period. The unit had a tilt-back stand rather than a full-frame trolley. The 2uf CCL capacitor protecting the Goodmans Midax horns from potentially damaging low frequencies has the date code "E9" = May 1969, which suggests that the cab was made in the summer of 1969..
The wiring schema is such that the capacitor protects both horns, which are wired in series.
The drivers are Goodmans Power range (the successor of the heavy frame 241), impedance 15 ohms, power handing 40-50 watts.
The total impedance of the cabinet is 15 ohms.
