Vox Sound Equipment Limited Italian brochure
Produced for Comusik, distributors in Italy, 1968
A brochure produced for Comusik in 1968. Comusik, based in Rome, acted as "distributrice esclusiva per Italia".
In early 1969, Italian distribution passed to E.M.E at Montecassino. See the list of agents listed on this page in the advert placed by Vox in "Beat Instrumental" magazine, February '69.
Report from Billboard magazine, 2nd November, 1968.
The prices quoted in the brochure below are eyewatering. In 1968, 10,000 lire was approximately £6.72. The table below gives the Italian price in pounds equivalent, against the price quoted in the JMI (UK) pricelist of April 1967.

The differential is striking - shipping, duty and mark up all presumably taking their respective tolls.
The amps on the front cover are Thomas Organ amps (US Vox), for whom Comusik also acted as distributor.
